Right now, I work at the crossroads of workplace experience, culture, and systems, designing environments and rituals that nurture collaboration, belonging, and a shared sense of identity. My work draws on service design, behavioral insights, and systems thinking to shape spaces and experiences where both people and organizations can thrive.
